So I am officially a lone woman in the wilderness.... I have no kids at home anymore. Lillie started Pre-K today!:( She was so excited to go to school but She was a bit nervous this morning I think. She kept saying that her tummy hurt and that she couldn't eat her breakfast, but was way excited to put her backpack on and get in the van and go. (Little does she know, this is only the beginning of 15 years of school...) Here in Oklahoma they have to go to pre-K. We were suppose to be able to pick whether we wanted them to go half a day or a full day, but only 13 kids out of 217 pre-k kids requested half a day so for now they are letting us 13 parents pick up our kids at lunch time but I still don't know if that is going to be a permanent thing or if they will just make them go the whole day. We shall see...
The other three girls were so excited to go to school. Emma was a bit nervous but is excited about having 7 different periods! She is growing up way too fast. Allie and Kassie were just excited to get back with there friends. They all met their teacher's last night and found out where their classrooms were and are ready to go!
Lillie -- pre- K
Kassie -- Second Grade
Allie -- Fourth Grade
Emma -- Sixth Grade
So excited!!
The end...
I can't believe that they would make them go ALL day long for pre-k. That seems like a little much to me! Also, I can't believe that all of your girls are in school (and that you have a 6th grader). Where has time gone and why do I not have any children yet! Crazy.
